This residential land of hilltop's and valley's is near forest service land and still are at the edge of town so have the amenities and a lot of privacy and with views of the city and surrounding area, including views to the south of the pine and juniper covered forests on top of the Pinal Mountains. Globe-Miami is 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix. It has some creeks and forest covered mountains, just like you'd find in Flagstaff or Payson. Walmart within a 5-minute drive... Safeway and Frys within 10 minutes. Good internet and phone service. cable one 50Mbps. Not much level ground as is. Though you could level out a portion for a house, or houses! Water? Well there is a water tower 40 ft from the property to the north at the same level, so I’d say yes. Power? There is power at the neighbors lot near their old slab which is approx 30 ft south of our properties. Road Access, yes but no. County maps show 2 planned road access ways though access may need to be worked out with neighbors or a 3rd gravel road used by the public water company, which also goes right to the properties, or you could make your own way, as you can see in the county map showing property lines, there is at least one other way that a trail could be blazed. Though to be clear, there is not enough flat space for a singlewide. Once up there on top the trail is only a few feet wide in most parts so not wide enough to drive a truck on and park a trailer or RV just barely wide enough for a quad, also the existing roads up there are super steep, steeper than probably any road I've ever driven up. I walked. Maybe the gravel road at the end of Globe Avenue is the least steep and most reasonably accessible (gravel road is owned by the water company and does have a chain gate, unsure if its locked but probably).

Showing the T on Pineway Street From here RIGHT then quick LEFT up the rough gravel road. There is technically public access around the guys driveway up top (see pics), but there is also a 20ft high ridge right there that could have to be notched out to be able to drive onto your property from there without being on his/hers. This is the point I'm referencing you can put theses in google to find it. 33.40487006608847, -110.84543622217807 A easement by necessity would maybe be needed to have access here to use the existing portion of road, though the last climb up pineway is very rough, lifted vehciles only. Once around the drive way the road goes right to the property at mid level of the mountain, though please note, I've heard the person with the red roof at the end of pineway doesn't want to share access (maybe holding out for the right person :) either way a simple easement by necessity would clear that up real quick because I know the county tells me, I cant deny anyone access to their property (not that I would), so I don't see why anyone else could deny someone else from using a established road to their property either). It may be easier just to ask permission to use old south rd that goes through an unused property w a small barn and old foundation where a house used to stand, though this road is super steep too and I've heard they don't want to let anyone have access either, but again thats okay thats why the term easement by necessity exists. Technically I don't have the "necessity", but if you planned on making this your primary residence, then that would meet the necessity portion and I could help petition the court on your behalf if that is your genuine intent (improving the land and establishing a residence).
