• 1 You send $40 as an earnest payment, so I know your for real about this deal and that is what it costs me to get the opening page completed
• 2 You receive this promissory page back from me sealed with a Notary Stamp, You are now reasonably protected to send the down payment and sign your page with a Notary.
• 3 Once I received deposit and a picture of your page signed w a notary, I sign in front of a notary the closing contract page of me turning rights over to you. Then I send a copy to you in the mail and digitally/instantly and you do the same for me, except send me the original of yours and make yourself a copy. I will file originals with the county recorder, so either of us can get a copy if needed later on.
