- 1 I send you the contract to review
- 2 You Review contract and give me the thumbs up to sign the Promissory Opening Agreement for the Contract for Deed
- 3 You receive this promissory page back from me sealed with a Notary Stamp, You are now reasonably protected to send the down payment and sign your page with a Notary.
- 4 Once I received deposit and a picture of your page signed w a notary, I sign in front of a notary the closing contract page of me turning rights over to you. Then I send a copy to you in the mail and digitally/instantly and you do the same for me, except send me the original of yours and make yourself a copy, county recorders wont accept a copy.
- 5 Original pages are officially recorded with the County Recorder; So if the original ever needs to be recalled or either of us lose our copy, it's readily available to us from an impartial 3rd party.
