It costs me about 40 to drive 2 hours round trip to pay a Notary only 10 or so for this 3rd party trust worthy service. Step 2 After I send you the Notarized Contract stating the 40 received and we are opening a contract offer to you, stating once the 360 more is received and buyer signs their page accepting the property. That's it. It is simple and straight forward. Seller gets down payment, Buyer gets to start using property entirely as their own from that moment.
